At CleanFreak.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cleaning equipment and supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
